Coop Conditions
Vendors may have limited maneuverability due to narrow city streets. Vendors WILL NOT be assigned a location prior to the event. Upon arrival, vendors must first present themselves to event staff, before beginning any set-up. It is important that each vendor set-up in the specified location and staff reserves the right to make location adjustments for the good of the event.
–Clucktique Sidewalk Market is located on the downtown sidewalks between 2nd and 3rd street Friday July 7th from morning to early afternoon. Clucktique Sidewalk Market Vendors are limited to space for two (2) 8 FT tables and must provide your own. Vendors will not be allowed to block store fronts or the sidewalk and any canopy or shade structure must fit inside the reserved space. Set-up begins at 8 am. Clucktique only Vendors must be cleared from the sidewalks and all vehicles removed at 3 pm when the street is closed for Henoween.
–Henoween takes place Friday evening July 7 th on the streets of downtown Wayne. Set-up begins at 3 pm after the street has been closed. VENDORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SET-UP AFTER 4:30 PM! Main Street will be closed to traffic and parking. Vehicles should be unloaded and promptly moved to designated vendor parking. Shared generators will only be available in the Food Court area.
–Saturday events will take place at Bressler Park at 10th and Lincoln. Set-up is from 7-9 am. VENDORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SET-UP AFTER 9 AM! Tear down is from 4-6 pm.
Free overnight parking is available Friday night on the WSC campus in the east half of Lot #10.
