• This is a two day event and vendors have the option of participating in one or both days.

• Henoween events will take place downtown on Main Street.  Set up for Friday night (Henoween) begins at 4:00 p.m.  Tear down for Henoween is from 10:00 p.m. to midnight. 

• Saturday events will take place at Bressler Park, 10th and Lincoln St.  Set up for Saturday can be done between 7-9 am.  Tear down is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• We reserve the right to limit or deny participation based on space and content of vendor products.  VENDORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM SELLING ANY T-SHIRT ITEMS.  We do not guarantee exclusivity, therefore, other vendors my be present selling similar items.

• Vendors will be ASSIGNED a location once registration is received.  It is important that each vendor set up in the specified location.  On Friday evening, ALL food vendors will be located in the designated Food Court area that will be set up with picnic tables and trash containers. 

• No electricity will be available and individual generators will not be permitted.  A generator will be provided for shared use at $10 per day.  You must indicate on the registration form if you will be using the provided generator and include the appropriate fee with your payment.  You will be responsible for providing your own extension cords.

• Upon arrival vendors must first present themselves at the information booth to check in.  Vendors will not be permitted to set up after 6:00 p.m. Friday (downtown) or after 9:00 a.m. Saturday (Bressler Park)

• Free overnight parking is available on the WSC Campus, in the east half of Lot #10
